  • TTS sells major part of its activities to MacGregor – embarks on new business strategy
    Norwegian-headquartered TTS Group ASA has entered into a sales agreement with MacGregor, a subsidiary of Cargotec Oyj listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Stock Exchange in Finland. The agreement implies a takeover by MacGregor of all TTS’ assets except for TTS Group ASA and its Syncrolift business.

  • TTS Group signs historical contract for Syncrolift® and transfer system
    Norwegian headquartered TTS Group has today signed a new contract for a 9.000 tonne Syncrolift® (ship lift) and a transfer system with Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited (KSEW) in Pakistan. The total order value is approx. 250 MNOK.
  • TTS and Ulstein team up for 3D motion compensated cranes
    TTS Group and ULSTEIN have joined forces in providing 3D motion compensated cranes to the offshore industry. This collaboration has resulted in the contract for a TTS Colibri™ motion compensated crane to a newbuild offshore wind SOV project for Louis Dreyfus Armateurs. Delivery is planned for Q2, 2018. The new product combines TTS’s competences in crane design and manufacturing with Ulstein’s expertise in innovative motion technology and analysis.

  • TTS continues improvement of results
    TTS Group continues the positive development through third quarter. The company reports an operating profit (EBITDA) of MNOK 41 in the third quarter 2016, compared to a loss of MNOK 12 for the same period in 2015. The order intake was strong, up 30% compared to the same period in 2015.
  • TTS equipped RoRo completes Airbus logistics chain
    A third state-of-the-art vessel, purpose-built to support the Airbus logistics chain, and equipped by TTS, was delivered on 21 April 2009 by Singapore Technologies Marine Shipyard to Fret Cetam SA, the joint venture between Höegh Autoliners and Louis Dreyfus Armateurs.
